This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and retain personal information we obtain as part of our business of selling preventative pet benefits and providing, producing and servicing pet insurance products, including underwriting, policy administration and insurance claims.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information we collect when you:

What Information We Collect

For example, we may correlate your location information with public pet health data sets to understand pet health conditions/outcomes relevant to your area to create educational content for pet parents.

  • Notify your veterinary medical care provider of your enrollment and claim activity;

How We Share Information

We share personal information we collect through our Site available to:

  • Our partners (i.e. insurance carriers) to provide the Services;
  • Your Veterinary Clinic;
  • Third-party service providers/vendors to facilitate services they provide to us, such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, auditing, and other services;
  • Third parties or affiliates in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a sale, consolidation or merger; and
  • Governmental or other public authorities, including law enforcement as permitted or required by law

We will limit sharing of your information where appropriate and where legally required.

We may also disclose to third parties aggregated or deidentified information that is not personally identifiable for any purpose.

Understanding Cookies and Similar Technologies

You may be given the option of receiving recurring informational/promotional e-mails from Zoetis and third parties working with Pumpkin. You may unsubscribe to opt-out from receiving any informational/promotional material by following the instructions as mentioned in the e-mail or included in each program we send to you. Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, from which you cannot opt out.
